Speedy September
Busy, busy month, but thankfully also a deaccelerating month. An overly warm month that at least brought lots of good stuff. Enjoyed a great time with my mom during her visit. Got pass 6 of my second Geren book wrapped up, the loan made, and then in touch with my editor, who is excited to start on it. Got more settled in at my new place and moved into the bedroom later in the month as the weather cooled (and got Schleffie moved in and the storage unit cleared out). Finally had some more time for reading for fun again, and also started making tweaks in DWoT based on the feedback from beta readers. Even got to kick off both a novella and an art project, so overall, despite the job alternating between crazy and dead and some frustrations on the home front, it was a pretty good month.

As for October, my focus will be on keeping the same balls rolling. I've got a backlog of art projects to whittle away at. DWoT edits need to be finished before I hire another beta reader, and once that's done there's the challenge of launching into outlining TDoT, the second Triune novel. (And the challenge of not typing tDoL when I mean TDoT!) Also want to keep moving ahead with 'Furthest Leap' while Geren books are on the back-burner since my editor won't start looking at the second one until later in the month. Hopefully I can get out for some walks and an art show too, and keep organizing and decorating in my new place. Life will certainly not be dull!
