Jammed January
What a month! First week was California, second week sick and trying to get back into the swing of things, and the whole month was full of plenty to do. Very pleased that I got the rewrite of the second Geren book finished only half a month late, and was able to quickly launch into the third Geren book, which has me very excited. Glad to get back at work on an art project I'd started a year prior and didn't have time to pursue, to feel more refreshed after my trip for wading back into the heaps of tasks at my paid job, and best of all, to finally finish the first draft of my fourth novella, The Furthest Leap.

So while my accomplishments look puny, I was far from lazy!

As for February...more excitement ahead. First priority is to keep whaling away at book 3, of course. But I also hope to wrap up 'Furthest Leap' editing so that I can finally get back to the Triune novels. I want to finish up the changes to the first novel and at least start building the outline for the second, and keep at it with art projects. February also brings my 24th anniversary of when I first 'met' t'DoL. Not a big year in itself, save for a very challenging essay assignment...and the fact that once I hit 24 years I can let myself start freaking out with excitement over the approach of the big one--25. There's going to be a lot of excited freaking out during the year ahead, believe me!

And then, as if all that wasn't enough, the end of February should see me heading off to Florida to spend time with family. Hurrah!
