Ghastly, ghastly month, each week worse than the one before it. However, still not as bad as January of last year, because all of this month's misery came from one source (the job) rather than multiple sources (job, health, pets). It was a very cold month too, with a good bit of snow as well as lots of subzero nights (and some days)--probably the most cold and snowy January since the 90s. True winter, yum!
So, needless to say, my accomplishments list is rather pathetic (but doesn't include all the 'TFE' editing I've done).
Jan 15 - First whole blood donation of 2014
Jan 19 - Finished Hu-Harek comic
Jan 26 - Finished 'TFE' map 2
As for February...the last two weeks of this month have taken so much out of me that simple survival is the focus now. Hopefully I can make the last 'TFE' map, and finish up my taxes. I'll have to try not to hope for a two-day weekend anytime soon, and as things have gone so badly, I also have to not let myself think about how long until I can take some time off...end of March, if I'm lucky. I need a week to recuperate, but that's not happening.
At least bad weather and bad traffic mean long slow bus rides that provide more reading time, right?
